Simon's journey with MPE Group began as an electrical apprentice in 2005, where his innate talent for customer relations immediately caught the company's eye. This exceptional skill has been instrumental in shaping MPE Group's unrivalled service division. Through Simon's unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction, the company's clientele has soared to over 2000 buildings and counting. Now, Simon is steadfastly focused on propelling the business to even greater heights, driven by his relentless pursuit of excellence and his unparalleled commitment to fostering enduring client relationships.
Peter Olanda - Professional Services Manager
Peter's career commenced with an apprenticeship at Downer EDI, one of Australia's foremost contracting companies, setting the stage for his journey to excellence. Adding to his arsenal of skills, Peter's distinction as a recipient of the prestigious Middy's Education Scholarship in 2012 further solidified his commitment to continuous growth and development. Armed with a Diploma in Project Management, Peter brings a potent blend of hands-on technical expertise and strategic acumen to every project undertaken by MPE Group. Peters current role of Professional Services Manager covers many sectors, from policy and process, to technical support and HSEQ responsibilities.
Gareth Flynn - Mechanical DIRECTOR
Gareth has been a valued member of the MPE Group family for the last ten years. After successfully running his own company, Flynn Air for many years, he decided to join forces with MPE Group, and so MPE Group Mechanical was born. Gareth is hard working, dedicated and his passion for the HVAC industry is second to none. He now manages a team of equally enthusiastic staff, servicing buildings and homes across all of Melbourne.
Luke olanda - Mechanical service manager
Luke has been a valuable part of the MPE Group team for almost 20 years. He has worked in the Electrical arm and has recently moved across to Mechanical to assist Gareth in running and growing this part of the business. Luke has a broad range of skills in Electrical, Mechanical and Business Development making him an integral part of the MPE Group team.
Melissa Magnay - Office Manager
Mel has been MPE Group’s office manager for six years and in that short time has made multiple improvements that have helped the company across the board. She currently manages the entire administration and finance department whilst also scheduling all work for the service team. Mel brings a strong work ethic and knowledge of all aspects of accounts and administration and is the first point of call for all clients and staff members.
Gordon lorimer - service manager
Gordon has worked in the industry for over 30 years and operated his own business for 17 of those. He is very experienced in managing teams of technicians across a wide range of sites with multiple stakeholders and is strongly focused on safety, regulatory requirements and customer satisfaction.

CHAITAINY MALISANI - OHS Manager
Chaitanya joined the team in 2023 as our dedicated OHS officer. Chaitanya’s years of experience in the healthcare industry bolster an already impressive skillset, ensuring that all the team at MPE Group and its clients are kept safe. Chaitanya’s role extends to managing: training, legislative requirements, safety process’s, internal audits and all the infinite tasks in keeping a remote workforce safe.
